🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you ship live fish?
A: Yes! We specialize in carefully packing and shipping live fish with industry-best practices to ensure safe arrival. All live orders include insulated packaging and, when needed, heat or cold packs.

Q: Where do you ship to?
A: We currently ship within [insert regions or countries, e.g., the continental United States]. Unfortunately, we cannot ship live fish internationally at this time.

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Live fish orders are typically shipped Monday–Wednesday to avoid weekend delays. Delivery is usually within 1–2 business days once shipped. Dry goods may take 3–5 business days depending on location.

Q: What happens if my fish arrive dead (DOA)?
A: We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee. If your fish arrive dead on arrival, please send us clear photos within 2 hours of delivery. We’ll issue a refund or store credit as per our DOA policy.

Q: Are the fish quarantined before shipping?
A: Yes. All livestock undergo a health inspection and a quarantine period to ensure they are disease-free and acclimated to life in captivity before shipping.

Q: How do I acclimate my fish when they arrive?
A: We include a step-by-step acclimation guide with every live fish order. Proper acclimation is essential for reducing stress and ensuring long-term health.

Q: Do you offer care guides?
A: Absolutely! Our website includes care sheets for most species we sell. If you need advice, our team is happy to help—just reach out!

📦 Returns & Refunds

Q: Can I return live fish?
A: Due to the nature of live animals, we do not accept returns on live fish. However, our Live Arrival Guarantee ensures you’re covered if anything goes wrong during shipping.

Q: What about dry goods?
A: Unused dry goods in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Contact us to initiate a return and receive instructions.
